Kostene's Grill at 600 East Devon Avenue, Elk Grove Village, Illinois.

I have NEVER done a review on a place but I am so pissed I have to .. I had a coworker pick up lunch for me about 3 days ago and ordered the chicken pita but added mots cheese and grilled onions. It was amazing it loved it and mind you I’ve never been to this place before and today I loved it so much I went there myself to order the exact same thing I was then told they couldn’t add cheese because the cook didn’t want to so I politely agreed and said ok no cheese but please add grilled onion. They agreed and shortly gave me my food when I got it the meal was almost NOTHING like I had it before and the onions were close to raw so since I did spend quite a bit of money I asked for the onions to be a little more grilled and they remade it after being told they’d just regrill the onions and I was a little happier but still upset so as I go to ask for a box the cook yells out my name and proceeds to lift a bare hand full of uncooked onions and yelled “ this is what a raw onions look like I was in shock that she threw a fit for me wanting it how I wanted it especially something so simple it is safe to say I’ll never go back again
